  • Ensure your login credentials remain secure and confidential.

  • Be responsible for any data or content you upload, store, or share via the platform.


3. Account Registration

  • Are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.


4. Subion & Payment

  • Access to certain features may require a subion.

  • Subion fees are billed as per the plan selected (monthly, annually, etc.).

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late or failed payments may lead to suspension or termination of your account.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and features on the Doxa HRM platform are the property of Doxa HRM Software or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use our branding without written permission


6. User Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all employee data you upload. We process this data solely to provide our Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined therein.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Fail to make payments

You may also cancel your subion at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.


8. Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use of the platform.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doxa HRM Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.


10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
